Richard is the firm’s oldest partner. He deals with commercial and residential property transactions, and has been doing so ever since being admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1984, as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1985 (practising, but now lapsed) and as a member the State Bar of California in 1991 (non-practising).

Richard joined the firm in January 2005 after twenty years or so with City/Central London firms.

Outside (and whenever possible inside) the office, Richard enjoys talking about politics, sport and local history. His family would add that he enjoys jogging and browsing in charity shops.
