Experience of our fee earners
Debbie is an Associate Licenced Conveyancer. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in October 2009. She specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold properties, right to buy and remortgages and equity release/lifetime mortgages.
Sara is a consultant solicitor. She qualified as a solicitor in 1986. Sara has gained experience in number of aspects of legal practice including company commercial work and wills and probate. For the last 20 years or so Sara has dealt largely with property related matters. Since 2013 Sara has worked for Peter Brown & Co as a consultant dealing with all aspects of residential property, in particular providing assistance to clients (both Landlords and Tenants) with Lease Extensions, Enfranchisements (purchases of freeholds by lessees), Licences for Alterations and Deeds of Variation of leases.
Paul is a designated Member partner. He is also managing partner. He qualified as a solicitor in 2002. He is a Commercial Property Solicitor specialising in Landlord and & Tenant, Site acquisition / sales, finance and development work.
Peter is a non-designated Member partner. He qualified on 1st April 1987. He consults on issues related to commercial property development.
Robin is a designated Member partner. He qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and regularly acts for national developers, housing associations, ground rent investors and land traders.
Alan is a designated Member partner. He qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and specialises in Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Conveyancing, Landlord & Tenant Work, Enfranchisement, Lease Extensions.
Cigdem is a solicitor who qualified in 2006 but has been undertaking both residential conveyancing and some commercial property work since 2004. Cigdem’s experiences includes sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity, non-statutory lease extensions and bridging finance.
John is a designated Member partner and Head of Residential Conveyancing. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and has dealt with residential and some commercial property matters ever since. John’s experience includes generally sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties including lease extensions and enfranchisement.
Abi is a paralegal.
Eileen Fingleton is a dual qualified consultant solicitor specialising in property litigation, in particular Landlord and Tenant disputes. She qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in April 2006 and in England and Wales in April 2008.
Jodie is a consultant solicitor. She qualified as a solicitor in 2006. She initial deal with all matters of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases and re-mortgages, but since 2013 has also added all aspects of lease extension matters and some enfranchisement to her experience.
Grazia is a trainee solicitor. She completed her LPC and Masters of Laws at BPP Law School and is currently undertaking her Training Contract. She is currently working in the Commercial Department and has been exposed to a variety of different matters including s5 notices, licenses to alter, assignments, lease extensions and re-financing.
Mike is a consultant solicitor. He qualified as a solicitor in
Alison has worked as a paralegal in the residential property team since September 2017 and assists on all aspects of conveyancing, such as freehold/leasehold purchases, sale transactions, including plot sales and re-mortgages. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Alison worked within the residential property team as an assistant for 12 years specialising in conveyancing, having joined Peter Brown & Co in 2005.
Andrew is a consultant solicitor. He qualified in 1983, and deals with a wide variety of both residential and commercial property transactions with particular expertise in dealing with commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, refinancing, development and landlord and tenant matters.
Ayse Johnson is a Cilex.
Alan is a designated Member partner and qualified as a solicitor in September 2003 and deals with the vast range of residential property transactions including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, portfolio refinances and lease extensions. Alan also specialises in new build house and flat sales acting for various developers and investors.
Daniel is non-designated Member partner. He qualified as a solicitor in 2008 but has been involved in residential conveyancing since 2003. Daniel specialises in all residential property matters, which include dealing with sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.
Frances is a non-designated Member partner. She qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has dealt with commercial property matters ever since, together with some residential conveyancing work for commercial clients. Fran specialises in all commercial property matters, including acquisition, financing, disposal and lettings of commercial property.
Nadia is a non-designated Member partner. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and has been dealing with all aspects of conveyancing since 2005. Her experience includes sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and lease extensions.
Susan Miranda is a residential conveyancer with particular experience in part exchange transactions. Susan has been involved in conveyancing for over 30 years and places great importance on attention to detail and taking the stress out of house buying and selling for clients.
Ruby Sira Shah
Ruby is a solicitor who qualified in November 2016, however, has been involved with residential conveyancing transactions since 2012. Ruby specialises in a wide range of commercial property transactions, which include land acquisitions and disposals, various landlord and tenant transactions including preparing commercial leases for various commercial property types, lease assignments, surrender of leases, renewals etc; acting for both lenders and borrowers for all types of lending and re-financing transactions, including authorised guarantee agreements.
Richard is a designated Member partner and qualified as a solicitor in 1984. He specialises in providing advice on commercial and residential property transactions and related funding arrangements.
Despina qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and specialises in commercial property, which includes dealing with option agreements, sales and purchases, financing and landlord and tenant matters. Despina also has experience in residential transactions.
