Debbie Barnett

Debbie is an Associate Licenced Conveyancer. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in October 2009. She specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold properties, right to buy and remortgages and equity release/lifetime mortgages. Debbie is supervised by Daniel Man.

Sara Bensusan

Sara is a consultant solicitor. She qualified as a solicitor in 1986. Sara has gained experience in number of aspects of legal practice including company commercial work and wills and probate. For the last 20 years or so Sara has dealt largely with property related matters. Since 2013 Sara has worked for Peter Brown & Co as a consultant dealing with all aspects of residential property, in particular providing assistance to clients (both Landlords and Tenants) with Lease Extensions, Enfranchisements (purchases of freeholds by lessees), Licences for Alterations and Deeds of Variation of leases. Sara is supervised by Alan Magnus

Paul Braham

Paul is a designated Member partner. He is also managing partner. He qualified as a solicitor in 2002. He is a Commercial Property Solicitor specialising in Landlord and & Tenant, Site acquisition / sales, finance and development work. Paul is supervised by the other partners in the management team, and on a day to day basis by Robin Church.

Peter Brown

Peter is a non-designated Member partner. He qualified on 1^st April 1987. He consults on issues related to commercial property development. Peter is supervised by Robin Church.

Robin Church

Robin is a designated Member partner. He qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and regularly acts for national developers, housing associations, ground rent investors and land traders. Robin is supervised by the other partners in the management team, and on a day to day basis by Paul Braham.

Cigdem Deniz

Cigdem is a solicitor who qualified in 2006 but has been undertaking both residential conveyancing and some commercial property work since 2004. Cigdem’s experiences includes sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity, non-statutory lease extensions and bridging finance. Cigdem is supervised by Nadia Menari.

John Dresner

John is a designated Member partner and Head of Residential Conveyancing. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and has dealt with residential and some commercial property matters ever since. John’s experience includes generally sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties including lease extensions and enfranchisement. John is supervised by the other partners in the management team, and on a day to day basis by Paul Braham.

Abi England

Abi is a paralegal, with 4 years experience as a residential conveyancer. Abi is supervised by Daniel Man.

Eileen Fingleton

Eileen Fingleton is a dual qualified consultant solicitor specialising in property litigation, in particular Landlord and Tenant disputes. She qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in April 2006 and in England and Wales in April 2008. Eileen is supervised by Robin Church.

Anu Hunt

Anu qualified as a solicitor in December 1997. She has more than 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential matters. She specialises in commercial property specifically in the areas of acquisitions and disposals, development work, real estate finance and landlord and tenant. She also has experience in residential sales and purchases, remortgage work and transfer of equity matters. Anu is supervised by Robin Church.

Grazia Gammalliere

Grazia qualified as a solicitor in September 2023. She is currently working in the Commercial Department and has been exposed to a variety of different matters including s5 notices, licenses to alter, assignments, lease extensions and re-financing. Grazia is supervised by Serdar Mehmet.

Mike Harding

Mike is a consultant solicitor. He qualified as a solicitor in June 1974 and has experience in wills, trust and probate. Mike is supervised by Richard Streat.

Andrew Jacobs

Andrew is a consultant solicitor. He qualified in 1983, and deals with a wide variety of both residential and commercial property transactions with particular expertise in dealing with commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, refinancing, development and landlord and tenant matters. Andrew is supervised by Frances Merifield.

Alan Magnus

Alan is a designated Member partner and qualified as a solicitor in September 2003 and deals with the vast range of residential property transactions including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, portfolio refinances and lease extensions. Alan also specialises in new build house and flat sales acting for various developers and investors. Alan is supervised by the other partners in the management team, and on a day to day basis by John Dresner.

Daniel Man

Daniel is non-designated Member partner. He qualified as a solicitor in 2008 but has been involved in residential conveyancing since 2003. Daniel specialises in all residential property matters, which include dealing with sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. Daniel is supervised by John Dresner.

Frances Merifield

Frances is a non-designated Member partner. She qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has dealt with commercial property matters ever since, together with some residential conveyancing work for commercial clients. Fran specialises in all commercial property matters, including acquisition, financing, disposal and lettings of commercial property. Frances is supervised by Robin Church.

Nadia Menari

Nadia is a non-designated Member partner. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and has been dealing with all aspects of conveyancing since 2005. Her experience includes sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and lease extensions. Nadia is supervised by Alan Magnus.

Richard Streat

Richard is a designated Member partner and qualified as a solicitor in 1984. He specialises in providing advice on commercial and residential property transactions and related funding arrangements. Richard is supervised by the other partners in the management team, and on a day to day basis by Paul Braham.

Michael Waller

Mike is a consultant solicitor. He qualified as a solicitor in March 1968. He is supervised by Paul Braham.

George Behiri

George is a trainee solicitor. He studied English and History at the University of Leicester, completed the GDL at BPP University, and then completed the LPC at the University of Law. George is supervised by Richard Streat as training principal, and individually by the partners in the Residential and Commercial property teams.

Serdar Mehmet

Serdar is a non designated member. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2004. He handles freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing, usually when acting for key commercial clients in their personal matters. Serdar is supervised by Paul Braham.

Sophie Gent

Sophie joined our busy residential team in February 2024 as a paralegal. She has gained lots of experience working as a secretary since 2016. She is supervised by Daniel Man.
