Fran undertakes a wide range of commercial property work and is experienced in acting for both landlords and tenants of commercial property and acting for property developers, investors and lenders in the acquisition, financing and disposal of commercial property – including retail, industrial, offices and development sites.
Building strong relationships with clients is something she prides herself on, and working hard to help them to achieve their objectives.
Outside the office Fran enjoys playing badminton, going to the cinema, cooking and eating good food, and being outdoors with family.
