Paul is the Managing Partner at PB& Co. and a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

He has overall responsibility for the management of the practice.

He acts on a range of property transactional work such as high value sales and investment acquisitions, development sites, commercial leases (with significant experience in the Central London lettings market) and acting for lenders and borrowers, structuring often complex and high value finance transactions.

Paul’s clients range from high net worth individuals, investors, entrepreneurs, lenders and Banks to restaurateurs and commercial/office tenants.

Outside the office, Paul is a long suffering Spurs season ticket holder and enjoys watching his 2 young kids playing football. He works to support a number of local charities when not walking his dog and escapes for occasional holidays – particularly cruises
