Peter Brown is the firm’s founder and his expertise is in commercial and residential property development.
Although he no longer handles the day-to-day work on transactions, he is retained as a partner to provide a bridge, supporting clients and recommenders (past, present and potential).
Peter typically talks through and helps clients structure (and restructure) transactions, procure quotes and pass on to the most appropriate lawyer to see the transaction through.
Some might say that Peter has created a comfy role for himself, which includes meeting clients for coffee at restaurants and elsewhere, all under the pretext of retaining Goodwill! Might be a cushy number but someone has to do it. For now, that someone is Peter.
