Alan qualified in 2003, joined us in 2005 and is a Partner in our Residential Property team. His expertise spans a wide variety of transactions including the purchase and sale of flats and houses, transfers of equity, refinancing, grant of new leases and lease extensions.

He particularly specialises in dealing with plot sales of new build or converted developments, acting for small and medium sized developers.

Alan acts for a variety of clients including companies with large property portfolios, several lenders, various developers, buy to let investors as well as first time buyers.

Outside of the office, he enjoys running, travelling when he can, and spending time with family. He also enjoys watching football but only when Spurs win!
