His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes, with particular expertise in commercial landlord and tenant matters, redevelopment strategy and vacant possession.

Vipul advises on business lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), redevelopment, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, surrender, possession proceedings, landlord’s consent, service charge disputes, breaches of quiet enjoyment and non-derogation from grant, leasehold covenant enforcement, and tenant insolvency and arrears recovery.

He also advises on wider property disputes, including land injunctions, easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, adverse possession, nuisance, trespass and rights of light.
